The project, “Changbaishan Cultural Tourism plus Wellness Complex”, was conceived by our Corp Chairman Mr. Sui Guangyi, who applied the “Value Investment Methodology with Oriental Classical Philosophy ” to select the cultural context of Changbai Mountains as the starting point and combine the culture industry with finance, so as to set up the management concept of “massive tourism, health and industry”.
In terms of the spatial layout, the project, “Changbaishan Cultural Tourism plus Wellness Complex”, is positioned as “One Center & Two Wings”, with a more than 10-square-kilometer area in Dunhua City as the Center(Oriental Aurora·Qingchanwan and Stone Dragon and Lion Magnetic Therapy Town) and with Lafa Town in Jiaohe City(Jiuding Tiecha Taoist Wellness Town) and Fusong County in Baishan City (Neyin Ancient City Cultural Tourism Zone) as the Left Wing and Songjiang Town in Jiaohe City(Changbaishan Historical and Cultural Park) and Erdao Baihe Town in Antu County(Baoma Ancient City Confucian Culture Park) as the Right Wing. The project will highlight the local historical and cultural elements and improve the cultural characteristics of the locality. Upon completion, it will be built into a cultural tourism plus wellness complex that spans across the cities of Dunhua, Jiaohe, Baishan, and Antu County.
“Changbaishan Cultural Tourism plus Wellness Complex” is mainly operated by Jilin Wanding Holding Group Limited and Jilin Tianding Travel Industry Development Corporation Ltd., both of which are the subsidiaries of HK DYF INT’L HOLDING GROUP LIMITED. Among the key cultural industry projects in column 26 of “The Outline of the14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2015) for Economic and Social Development and Long-Range Objectives of Jilin Province”, the project, “Oriental Aurora·Qingchanwan”, invested by HK DYF INT’L HOLDING GROUP LIMITED, has been listed in this outline. In the future, DYF GROUP will continue to focus on the cultural tourism and wellness industry, developing and producing cultural products with international popularity and brand value and promoting the traditional Chinese culture. By doing so, it strives to build a first-class international cultural tourism and wellness complex as a new landmark of the city.
